Did you know that the first hour after you wake up can impact your whole day? Setting the right habits in the morning will give you the boost of energy that you need to transform your whole life.

Every single morning you have two choices:

  1. Hitting the snooze button over and over again until you are already running late to start your day.
  2. Jump out of your bed and become more productive and energetic than you have been in years with this routine.

Here are 6 things you need to include in your every morning schedule to entirely change the way you feel during the whole day.

#1 Forget about the Snooze buttonsnooze

I really do not understand why this was invented in the first place. Did you know that after waking up those 5 more minutes of sleep will make you feel even more tired? Not mentioning that you already wasted good part of your morning.

#2 Stretching your body.

Your body has been resting from 6 to 8 hours. Stretching right after you wake up is as important as doing it before you start your fitness training. This will enhance your blood flow and increase your energy levels right away.

Did you know that the human body 70% water? You need to be hydrated at all times in order to function properly. Your body is just begging for that water after those long hours of sleep.

#4 Write down a to-do list

It doesn’t matter if you have a super busy schedule or if you plan just to relax that day. Write down the things you need to do and also any important thought that crosses your mind at that moment. This will free up your mind so you can only focus on action.

#5 Read about your passion

This might sound weird to you but the truth is that it is one of the most important things for successful people. Grab your phone or open your laptop and read an article about something that you like or related to your business. Your brain will activate instantly, eager to absorb that information.

#6 Talk to the mirror

I know that this one might sound really crazy but thrust me. It has been scientifically proven that complimenting yourself in front of a mirror has a huge impact on your self-esteem. Say a nice thing every morning to that beautiful person in front of you. Just try it a couple of times, you have nothing to lose
