Welcome to my website, Balanced Body Bootcamp! My name is Joe-G and I created this website to share my personal experience with health and fitness. A place where the beginner can find a guide of where to start and the experienced can learn the most effective tips used by professionals.
By the time I reached the age of 26 my health was on its lowest point of my entire life. I was suffering from intestinal problems, constant back-pain and, the worst of all, I was always tired no matter how much I slept.
One day I looked myself in the mirror and decided that it was enough. I did not liked that reflection of me so I decided to do something about it. Stress, bad eating habits and insomnia were destroying my body.
Exercise and training changed my life forever. I’ve never felt so strong and energetic in the last decade. People around me also noticed the change in my mood.
I became more easy-going, focused and way more self-confident. Taking control of my body allowed me to take control of my own life.
It was not an easy road right from the beginning as I have tried a lot of different thing desperate for results:
- Countless fitness programs.
- Different sorts of diets.
- Meditation and muscle relaxation techniques.
- Replacing bad habits with better ones.
- Motivational posts and videos that helped me push further.
- Trying out dozens of apps and products.
As I already told you, it was all worth it! That is why I decided to create this website. To share with you the tips and tricks that really work and avoid those who only make you waste your time.
